A spin on the traditional Meatloaf, in single serving size. Full of flavour and enhanced with tasty ham and cheese. We’ve replaced 50% of the meat with veggies: a delicious combination of green peas, onion, navy beans and cheese.
Heat a generous amount of butter in the frying pan over high heat. Cook the bean stock on medium heat, lower the heat and continue to cook on low heat, turning it regularly for 18 - 20 minutes.
